CONDUCTING COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

The business team of 25 young entrepreneurs completed the competitor analysis after going through the responses of the parents and teachers, discussions with each other as well as with the Incharge teachers. We were then able to summarize the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors.

COMPLETING SWOT ANALYSIS

Completing the SWOT Analysis enabled us to understand our business better. We realized that we must take steps to:
