Selling Montessori Handicrafts
During the PTM of Nursery, Junior and Senior Montessori students on October 31, 2015 our school enterprise - Handy Handicrafts Organization (H2O)displayed the handicraft products made by the students of the junior most classes of the school. With the help of their teachers, the students of these classes made candle stands, earthen lamp stands and decorated used earthen lamps. They brought old CDs, old earthen lamps, disposable glasses, disposable spoons, cover of pistachio nuts, used decorative beads from home and with the assistance of their teachers turned these waste products into beautiful products.These products were made keeping in mind the approaching festival of Diwali.
The display and sale of handicrafts was held at the Junior School Reception. The parents appreciated the efforts of the school in raising funds for the children of the partner school in Zambia living in abject poverty.
