Selling
Leftover Handicrafts During
The
Short Break of The Senior School
During the last Fundraising event on November 7,
2015at the time of PTM of grade 6 to 10 students,some of the handicraft items
were not sold. We decided to sell these leftover items during the short break
(15 minutes duration) of the Senior School on December 22, 2015. Prior to selling, we made the announcement in
the morning assembly informing students of grade 6 to 11 and teachers about the
same. We received a tremendous response
and most of the items were sold during the short break time. We have now
decided to give the remaining items to the children of various orphanages and
old age homes which our school children will visit during the month of January
2016.
As grade 12 students were having their
Pre-Board examinations, we the students of grade 11 decided to go in for the
Fundraising event. ‘We learnt how to deal with a large crowd in limited time’
remarked ShivamJetwani of the Sales Team.
