SESSION BY GENERAL MANAGER
In the first orientation session for the new incumbents of grade 11 of
the business, Jyeshtha Mishra, our General Manager briefed the students about
the enterprise to ensure that the students had a very clear vision of the
business. She apprised the new team about the products being made by the
enterprise, classes and age groups of students involved in the production
process, about how we rotate our roles around the business and role of each
department with the names of the department managers. She briefed about the
various Sales Events that take place in the school throughout the session
during the Parent Teacher Meetings. She invited students to give their first /
second / third choice of the department they wished to be a part of. She also
told the students about the Sales Events taking place outside the school and
the TEDx event that the school was going to host and how we were going to link
it with our business enterprise.
