INTRODUCTORY
SESSION FOR GRADE 11 STUDENTS

Dhruvi Nagpal, General Manager of ‘Good
Earth’ enterprise briefed the new incumbents of grade 11 of the business team during
the Introductory Session on Sunday, April 26, 2020 to ensure that they had a
very clear vision of the business. She apprised the students about the products
being made by the enterprise, classes and age groups of students involved in
the production process, about how they rotate their roles around the business
and role of each department with the names of the department managers. She
briefed about the various Sales Events that take place in the school throughout
the session during the Parent Teacher Meetings as well as the ones held outside
the school in the previous session. She elucidated the role of each department
and invited students to give their choice of the department they wished to be a
part of. Giving them a brief idea about the optional activity of SEC; the
Elevator Pitch, she encouraged them to participate in it. Ms. Raminder Mac
welcomed the students and shed light on School Enterprise Challenge, Teach a
Man to Fish, Good Earth and the three Award Levels. She also touched upon the
awards received by the school, networking with other schools and philanthropic
endeavours of the school in this regard.
