Service Club Activity
The students of grade 5 made ‘door danglers’
using old CDs, used chocolate boxes, strings, papers andwaste decorative
material as a part of Community Service Club Activity. A workshop on how to
make ‘door danglers’ using waste materials was conducted by Mrs. AmitaLalwani,
faculty Junior Schoolon September 30, 2015.The students did amazing work and
were found to be highly creative.The door danglers will be sold to parents and
teachers during the PTM on October 17, 2015. Diwali is the most important
festival in India wherein people decorate their homes with decorative material
like lanterns, door danglers, candles, and earthen lamps. Diwali falls on
November 11, 2015 this year.
