ON THE OCCASION OF EARTH DAY
Let us celebrate the magnanimous
quintessence of life, which has always enriched our hearts and souls with
beauty, nourishment and delight.
Let us appreciate our soil which has
raised us,
Through storms, wars and pandemics
It doesn't discriminate, rather hopes
for us to be united.
Let us be responsible for our actions,
for they are starting to yield
deterioration and destruction rather than care and affection.
Our Earth has always been there for us,
Now is the time when she needs us the
most.
So why not honour this day in all its
glory
when the earth has celebrated us since
eternity!
