SELECTION PROCESS FOR NEW BUSINESS TEAM
Interview of Grade 11 Students by the General Managers
After the selection of students from grade 10, we started the
process of recruitment for grade 11 students. Since we are all bound in our
homes during this pandemic, our team decided to make this process digital and
make the best of our present situation. We first shared a Google Form created
by our General Manager Dhruvi Nagpal with all grade 11 students on April 9,
2020 through which they could apply for the enterprise till April 15, 2020. The
Google Form consisted of questions regarding personal information and reasons
behind their interest in applying for our venture. Followed by filling of the
Google Forms, personal interviews were conducted for each candidate by the
General Managers of our business team - Dhruvi Nagpal and Yash Biyani of grade
12 from April 19 to 22, 2020. Thereafter, they selected 15 young entrepreneurs
from the 25 who applied.
